When I refer to web design during the Store Coach e-commerce training course I am simply referring to the "look & feel" of a website. A website is generally designed using graphics & HTML code. More often than not, a website's template components are organized in what's called a 'cascading style sheet' (also known as a 'CSS file' or 'style sheet').

If you are using Zulu Cart for your e-commerce store you really don't need to concern yourself with this. Zulu Cart handles the architecture & usability of your store. It all happens "behind the scenes" when you simply make choices in your store's administration area.
